I was very satisfied to avail this free opportunity of using Islamabad Pakistan number that I used to forward on my FWD SIP account. But when I decided to buy it (was hoping for 0$ setup and 4.99$ monthly fee as advertised on website) I saw 1$ setup and 5.99$ monthly fee, well thats ok. But the mode of payment was absolutely not compatible i.e. to fax them ur credit card's front back side or to send them minimum of 500$ by western union (r u kidding me). Well luckily I had 20$ At & T prepaid card for which they agreed to accept. But now my trial number expired and when I tried to buy it is 5.99$ setup and 8$ monthly fee..... why doest it keep on increasing or they should correct according to what they are advertising. The quality of voice is good though and I am purchasing it but I dont have printer so I'll have to print the credit card authorization form and them send them (signed) oh man !

Why get Pakistan DID, get a free US number from IPkall and divert it to your SIP account. calling to a Pakaistan DID will be expensive than calling a US number from Pakistan.

You can get a FREE US number from VirtualPhoneLine.com also and use it on your Skype , msn, google talk.

For SIP we do not offer it free due to the abuse.

Virtual phone line and super-phone.com customer service is totally unprofessional. I got ISB DID and after four weeks it stopped working now. I send like eight to ten emails to customer services but in vain. I logged into my account but I cannot see any purchased DID. I had a Pakistani DID and a FREE USA DID. Both are just gone to I think hill just with their customer services. I heard there is someone Rehan Ahmed who is the founder of superphone I think he doesn’t know how to serve and more importantly to retain the customers. I am so pissed coz my family ring and cannot get hold of me. They just get a message when they ring my ISLAMABAD NUMBER I.E YOUR GSM NUMBER IS EITHER TURNED OFF OR OUTSIDE COVERAGE AREA. I TRIED TO BUY ANOTHER ISLAMABAD DID BUT I CANNOT AS THERE ARE NOT OFFERING ANYMORE PAKISTANI CITIES NUMBERS WHAT A SHAME....
Beware and think before using there services
